BCQ Print is dedicated to a quality policy, endorsed by our ISO 9001 registration. Our team receives ongoing training and practical assistance to ensure our quality policy is implemented, monitored and maintained in a continuous improvement programme.

The quality policy is based on the following principles:

• Conforming to agreed requirements, based on the customers' needs and our ability, and agreement, to meet the specification.
• Prevention of error, including identifying opportunities for error and taking action to eliminate them.
• Getting it right first time.

If, after all of these steps, an issue does arise, it is dealt with quickly and openly so that a minor issue does not become a major problem.
