Protection of the environment and reducing the impact of our business activities upon it is foremost in the management philosophy of BCQ Print.

Therefore, we aim to be as 'environmentally neutral' as possible, and wherever we can, contribute positively to the preservation of our natural environment. For instance, we now favour water-based solvents, monitor our energy consumption on a monthly basis, use vegetable-based inks, and our approved materials database favours those suppliers who use environmentally responsible manufacturing methods.

We are environmental award winners, accredited as such by regional government and the print industry. We are proud to have achieved certification to environmental standard ISO 14001 supported by our quality standard ISO 9001.

We are also certified to the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)* which means we can produce work bearing the FSC logo, to give your project increased environmental credentials. For more information on FSC and our other environmental credentials click here.
